## Overview

Spry Power Peppermints are sugar-free, keto-friendly mints infused with 0.5g of xylitol per piece, designed to freshen breath while actively preventing bacteria from causing tooth decay. Packaged in convenient 27g bags, these hard peppermint mints offer a scientifically backed oral health boost favored by health-conscious professionals.

## Description

Having bad breath feels gross and tastes even worse. Many people choose to eat mints to combat it. But now you can take your bad-breath prevention a step further with Spry Mints. Spry Mints not only freshen your breath, but they also defend against dental health problems. Each mint has .5g of xylitol—a natural sweetener. Xylitol also doesn’t allow bacteria to stick to teeth. This quality means the bacteria can’t colonize in the mouth. Because they can’t thrive, they also can’t produce their bi-product, acid, which is the culprit to tooth decay and cavities. With the regular use of Spry Mints, you will not only go throughout your day with fresh breath, but you will know that your teeth have the defense they deserve.

Review: Worth trying if you generally find sugar-free products unpalatable (bitter). - I don't have much luck in finding sugar-free or reduced calorie alternatives that actually taste nice. Usually I stop using a product because it tastes like battery acid from the onset or has an unpleasant bitter after-taste that lasts for hours. These Spry mints are rather nice though, and I don't experience a bitter taste that would usually prevent me recommending a product such as this. In case anyone is wondering, each mint is approx. 1cm in diameter and has a firm, shiny coating. Inside it has a slightly powdery texture but they do disolve quite nicely if you resist biting down on them. Since they come in the sort of containers more commonly used for vitamins they make a good mint for the car or your bag.
Review: Impressive brand - It was recommended by my dentist, for dry mouth. It helps and tastes great

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for dry mouth, for about 5 minutes
*by K***E on 9 March 2024*

My mouth gets dry because of medication I'm taking. Water helps, but if I'm at a store or something and can't carry water, these are good to get rid of the dryness and weird mouth taste. The only downside is they're small, like the size of an m&m and one only lasts about 5 minutes for me. I don't like to put more than one in my mouth because I won't be able to speak properly lol. I like minty flavors, and the first minute of popping the mint in doesn't really have much of a flavor because of the coating. But I know it helps stimulate saliva production. Hence the 4 stars. I just wished they lasted longer or were a little bigger I guess? Buy they're helpful for dry mouth, it's just kind of a holdover until I can get some water to drink! Not a super strong flavor either, kind of light but refreshing.
