After years of trying other products, I tried this instead. I found it worked well, even if it took rather longer than said on the box. However, about a week after using, finally I had some hearing back. I found the spray very easy to use, I make sure it is put well into the ear then two squirts, job done. Another two squirts later in the day, every day, and finally, I could hear. By the way, I was told by the practice nurse, that syringing is not done now and I would have to go private. Why I don't know, but the ear could be damaged, which has never happened in my experience. Anyway, I found this a good product and will use again.
