I know that pulling off a nozzle can be warm, but this is like grabbing a curling iron and I was not expecting that. I got two. One that goes to the left and one that goes to the right. So if you’re curling your hair or your clients hair in the same direction you have to switch back-and-forth ..if you want to different directions, which can be a pain because it is so hot to switch back-and-forth. It does make my clients hair very very soft and holds like a wand. Tamed a lot of frizz and added a lot of shine. It definitely takes longer than just using a curling iron but the results are definitely worth it. I recommend taking small sections and going back and forth with the sections a couple times. It also works better on a higher heat.

Even the replacement they sent me broke by day 2. Garbage plastic that's weaker then the magnet that holds it on. I returned the broken one- got a replacement and it broke also. Not going to try a 3rd time. I'm bummed because the metal part of it works great. But it falls apart within 2-3 times of using it because of the cheap plastic

I love it. The girl in the product video makes it way more complicated than it needs to be. I have an insane amount of hair, and these attachments allow me to curl my whole head in about five minutes. There is a learning curve, and the attachments get insanely hot, but the curls last much longer than a curling iron. Also, I dropped one on the tile floor and it broke apart, but I was able to pop it back together, and it works fine.

I’ve had a Dyson hair dryer for years and have wanted the AirWrap. I just couldn’t bring myself to buy one. When I saw these I was a bit hesitant to purchase. I wish I would have bought them sooner! Note- this was my hair directly after finishing, the curls didn’t stay this tight. My curls definitely loosened as my hair cooled, leaving a nice wave. This gadget works great on my Dyson hairdryer. It creates a nice soft curl on the hair that lasts all day. I love it more than my curling iron for sure. I nearly bought an Dyson airwrap but decided to try this first and so pleased I did as it curled and was easy to use as promised. It saved me hundreds of $$ by not purchasing the airwrap. Be careful not to remove the appliance from your dryer until it has cooled off (a couple minutes), as it will cause a burn. Great invention!

I thought I would try this prior to purchasing an Air Wrap to see if I would like it. My Dyson overheated and turned off within 4-5 seconds of turning it on with the tool in place. After it cooled down, I tried it again and was able to get a small section of hair around the barrel for a few seconds before it overheated again. I tried again the next day and and had the same result. I was using a small section of hair (about 2 finger widths) as recommended. The instructions do say that it will overheat and turn off and to be sure to depress the cool blast button to keep that from happening; however, you can barely get your hair wrapped around the barrel before it overheats. The positive side of the tool is that the one curl I was able to do turned out wonderfully. The product has promise, but I'm not going to waste that much time trying to do my hair and risk ruining my Dyson.

They worked for a short time. Get extremely hot so that’s an issue when switching sides. Only used 3 times before the base disintegrated and the magnetic rings inside crumbled.

Love this addition to my Dyson Supersonic Hair dryer. Not longer needing to take multiple devices with me when I travel. These barrels do get very hot but the plastic ends are fine to grab when switching out the barrels. I haven't had any issues with my hair dryer overheating and shutting off or with the barrels coming lose and not staying attached like some other reviews have said. I do however turn my hair dryer off between each curl. I find when doing this the hair just drops from the suction and doesn't mess with the curl or formation instead of having to try and remove it while it is still blowing. These create beautiful curls that last all day. They have totally replaced my previous curling wand.

I only received one of the 2 barrels I was supposed to get. The one I did receive is great. I still have ro get the hang of it especially for the opposite direction, but the curls are beautiful. Glad I don’t have to pay for the Airwrap.

My wife loves these barrels , took a while to actually figure them out to what works best , but she say’s they make amazing curls
