No make up or patch can hide my out bursts. Prior to taking these tablets I’d get a coldsore once every three months and sometimes one after another (that sucked). I read about these pills and out of desperation, I bought them. I have not regretted a penny I have spent on these magic gems. I take one a day and trust me, to keep a cold sore at bay, I remember to take them. This year (2017) I have had one but the breakout was very mild. I still used the usual creams (Zovirax type) but there was no swelling. Plus, I upped to two pills for two to three days. The pills are large but again, to keep a coldsore alway, I’m happy to choke on them occasionally. You have to do what you got to do. In all seriousness, relax, drink water naturally and they’ll float on down.
