Why is this happening? It should last much much longer** A: I don't know in this case, but my experience of multiple purchases of these replacement foil and blade packs is that, yes it's sharpest when new, but I get good close shaves for about 18 months before having to repurchase. I've found this to be true of other makes of shavers also. **Q: Is it easy to set it up?** A: Yes - both old parts can be removed by unclipping with your fingers (no tools required) and the new ones just press fit on and into the housing. Cheaper than buying a new razor *by M***D on 1 November 2025* Took one star off because it is expensive. But gives the razor a new lease of life ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ lasts a year, 15p/day shaves *by I***S on 5 May 2025* This blade set lasted me a year of daily use. Since then it has gone up in price by 69p which isn't that much (1.27%) which is only half the rate of inflation in the UK so actually it's slightly cheaper now. For a year of shaving it works out at 15p a day which is fine. I don't spend any money on shaving creams or foams. I don't see any reason not to give it 5 stars.
