A: Not without modification as the glass is Tempered and cannot be drilled

**Q: Would it be possible to cut 10cm off the end of the rail?**
A: If you cut 10 cm off the rail the door won't close or open completely

**Q: can we have a bathroom lock on it?**
A: Good Morning,

A lock system would need to be fitted to the wall rather than the door itself. From feedback a latch system to hoot into or over the handle is the best option,
