Depending how deep your scratch is will determine how effective this will be but even a deep scratch this will improve it. I think this would also work well on swirl marks you see on darker coloured cars, it really does give it that just come out of a showroom look. Just be aware if you have a darker coloured car because it is abrasive it may look worse once you finish as there will be a patch where you have rubbed the paintwork but that is what the colour restorer is for and it makes it look brand new again.excellent quality would definitely recommend. For deeper scratches it reduces the appearance. On my car it does appear to had any detrimental affect on the paint.
