If your playing with 3-5 ppl then i would get the one deck. If your going to play with up to 9 ppl then i would get both decks. The NSFW deck could offensive to some ppl and is definitely not meant for child below 10. You could get 2 of the same deck but if you do there are some rules in that might need to be altered. The base game is straight forward and easily understandable - which makes it very addicting for all! The art work is very clever and interesting to read. Almost all of them are unique except for the kittens that require matching. I played this with my family & friends during the holidays and everyone could not get enough of it. However, some cons is that the card quality is not great for the price that it is. The original plus expansion deck must be played with card sleeves to preserve quality. Overall I would expect the product quality to be a little nicer for the price that it was. It's a shame that the box does not meow! However, I would recommend this card game entirely. Including the expansion pack - Imploding Kittens, which adds variety as well as expanding the amount of players by 1.
