Its hard to prove these vitamins had anything to do with the conception of our healthy baby but it doesn't hurt to try, especially when the pain of going through a miscarriage being for whatever reason is so terrible. The only thing I would say is that i can't even hold a packet now without feeling sick! Although they didn't make me sick they are very difficult to swallow because they taste horrible and are so large, plus you have to take two AND an omega 3 capsule - too much to cope with at times when you're struggling with morning sickness! Now i'm entering the 2nd trimester and starting to return to my normal self where I can manage to eat a much more balanced diet after a rough 3 months I am choosing to switch to the original pregnacare for the rest of my pregnancy.
