My 10 year old daughter is 5'1. Will she be able to scoot around comfortably?** A: Yes **Q: does it come assembled** A: Yes, it folds. Just pull the handle and open. **Q: do the sparks leave black marks on the concrete** A: Yes it does. The worst marks left by my sons' scooter were on my porcelain floor. Although, they clean fast and fully. There were also black marks left on the sidewalk but because concrete is so unsmooth, the mark is not as bold and noticeable. Those marks also disappeared with rain and usage. None of the marks are permanent. I hope this answers your question. **Q: what is the colour of the light in the clear wheels?** A: The color on my daughters is pink wheels inside with clear on the outside and the lights are red and blue (although she says they are pink).
