A few sheets of crumpled Jumbo sized kitchen roll will increase the level of absorption. Pull down the front for a quick pee. **Q: Can these pants be used in conjunction with level 3 Tena pads please?** A: the pants don't need additional pads they are designed to be worn on their own. However if you need level 3 they may not be sufficient to ware alone and you should be able to put a pad inside but there would be more cost effective ways **Q: Do these come in a larger size** A: In my experience the medium size will fit tightly around normal XL. I would try the largest size possible. **Q: Can you go for a pee like you do with normal pants when wearing these?** A: Depends what you mean by "normal pants". It's doesn't have a Y-front type opening. To pee, you have to push down the waist band.
