The GX Eagle 12-speed chain runs pretty quiet, even when shifting up and down through the gears. Actual chain weight was comparable to my 11-speed chain. So far I've had no issues with this chain as part of the GX Eagle group set I installed. Chain holds up better than other chains that I’ve used in the past. I check it once a month and replace once it gets past 0.05.
