I've been eating Fiber Gourmet for years. It tastes like the real thing, with half the calories. Expensive? Yes. I probably wouldn't use it for a large family, but for one or 2, it's worth the investment for me.

My husband is diabetic so we have tried quite a few brands of low carb pasta. This brand is the best we have tried so far. Taste and texture is similar to regular pasta. It does take longer than regular pasta to cook but it's really not a big deal and definitely worth the few minutes of extra time.

Great low carb pasta. Good flavor, increased fiber

The high price per oz and that there’s only about 1/2 the number of them as what is commonly in a box of pasta, makes me mad. Still, I’ll buy again. Pasta is my favorite and this high fiber version tastes that good. It comes close to tasting exactly like the original; the only difference I notice is a slightly less chewy texture, almost as if it’s gluten-free (but it’s not).

OMG! Finding this pasta was the 2026 gold mine of the year. I am a pasta lover (LOVE) and I'm very picky. This tastes and cooks just like normal pasta. I appreciate the calorie and carb deficit and that there's some protein in it. No brainer, this is the only pasta I'll ever want or need in my home.
