**Q: Can you use this for single arm row as well as a double?**
A: You can... but that is not really what it is intended for.  Definitely enough space between the handles though.

**Q: Is delivery safe?**
A: No issues with delivery; Item was well packaged and arrived as depicted.

**Q: Anyone have a measurement of how much length along the loading sleeve this takes up?**
A: 4.25"

**Q: Does it fit 2" sleeve?**
A: Yes, the sleeve slides over the 2" olympic bar and can then be loaded with a good amount of weight. The other end can be used with a landmine attachment or wedged into the corner to prevent slipping. Great addition to a home gym.

This is a great attachment. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. The box it came in was slightly damaged, but nothing wrong with the equipment. It is built pretty nice. The welds look great and made of thick steel. There were a few scrapes, but that may have come from the beat up box. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5. It didn’t affect the performance at all. It was more of a cosmetic issue. I’ve enjoyed using it so far and I would def recommend it if your in the market for one.
