Review: Good Product - but Shipping Damage Possible - These are good water dispensers; however, the apparently common problem in shipping can cause leakage. The dispenser is usually shipped in a box with the spigot & handle at the top of the box, but the box is not tall enough to keep from pushing down on the spigot when box is loaded & taped. Additionally, any weight or pressure or impact on the top of the box can damage the plastic container around the spigot. I received one of these a year ago with obvious signs of pressure on the spigot & damage to the container as well as the cardboard box showing the spigot was being pressed on by the box. Test your jug when received. One received today was also incorrectly packaged but did not seem to be damaged.
Review: It works! - I’m a Camper Host and it is perfect for in my camper. We are not hooked up to water so I use it as like a faucet and it works great thank you.

**Q: What are the outside dimensions H L W?**
A: The vessel measures about ten inches high, six and one-half inches wide, and nine inches long. The spout extends abound three inches from the front face.

**Q: does the spigot stay "on" in any position or do you need to hold it to make water pour?**
A: It will stay on when you flip the lever to the up position. You also need to loosen the white cap on top of the container to allow water to pour freely.

**Q: Could you use this to dispense liquid laundry detergent, or would the fluid be too thick to flow through the spigot?  Thanks in advance for any reply.**
A: I purchased 4 of these dispensers exactly with that purpose in mind 2 years ago. I dispense Tide, clorox2, Downy and Zum. They have all worked great except one recently won’t stop flowing. It is for my Zum cleaner which tends to harden inside the spickett. I have had to clean it out regularly and I think that has damaged it.  I am here to purchase a replacement if it is available because they have been otherwise great and make my laundry room look so neat and clean.

**Q: Other jugs by Arrow state BPA-free.  This one does not so is it or not?**
A: It does state BPA-free.

Here is a lesson bae, "If you come at the King you best not miss," my bad I had a Wire flashback moment. I ordered two but only have used one. Two yrs later I tried the second one and it leaked. The lesson is, CHECK BOTH EVEN if you are not going to use them immediately. However, very pleased with the one that did work and will buy again BUT THIS TIME, I will cheCK IMMEDIATELY.
