This second kettle worked very well for two years, but then it started to show some malfunction signs and finally died. I contacted Asurion, and their response was immediate: Here is the free shipping label, drop the package at UPS shop, and we refund your purchase, period. No arguing, no conditions, no hassle whatsoever. Knowing that my $46 will be refunded, I packed the old kettle, dropped it at Staples and indeed, next day my gift card was uploaded in my desertcart account.
