About 3" closed. but the laminate G10 grips are beautiful. the belt clip as well as the two screws look like blue titanium. I don't know 100% that they are, but they certainly look the part. deployment is quick and smooth. Blades are surgical sharp, but i can tell they are of lower quality. not a reflection on the knife itself. just know the scalpel blades are not going to be true surgical grade, nor do they really need to be.
