Can you use it on a bike?

As long as you're not under the sea, you can use this on a bike, but unfortunately, if you find yourself submerged in any body of water this item will become usless in a bike. Is it extra large for a size 22 ?

I’m 5foot4 and it goes to the bottom of my shins I think it’s just a large if you went for xl it would be longer and wider i guess very good quality well worth a buy for the hiking I do and it covers my rucksack on my back I don’t know about the pocket haven’t used it yet
