Turn on the "Increase touch sensitivity" setting. Honestly this setting should just be on by default. As for the screen protector, it's good. Fit is good. But the lack of the template that previous versions of this product had is a disappointment. Perhaps future version will have it once they are able to create it. My first attempt at installing went fairly well. One small bubble on the side that I can't seem to get out. It's possible there's a piece of dust causing this. So it probably not the product. It's only visible when the screen is off so I'm not going to put on a second screen yet. Overall I still recommend this screen protector, but I hope future versions of it come with the template.
