No bubbles, not slightly off-center...near perfect in my opinion. I'll have to see how well the glass actually holds up. I normally only get glass protectors from another large well-known brand with known quality but I used the provided glass for now. No idea on its origin. If it performs poorly, I'll switch it out. The carbon fiber skin was likewise very simple and easy to apply. There were no instructions for its application but it was pretty straight forward. Definitely adds a bit of texture to the back of the phone to assist in slip prevention if you don't have an external cover. Biggest drawback is that it obscures/subdues the graphics and lightning on the back of the phone. I can't speak yet to how much it may impact the systems cooling. That said, it feels durable, adds a layer of protection to the back glass that is not there otherwise and I'll take a non-broken, maybe slightly warmer phone over one with a shattered back any day. I tried the metal camera cover but ended up just removing it. The adhesive that it comes with is not very strong and it just slips around under its own weight obscuring the cameras.
