Tree thickness is side of a beercan or tuna can. thanks** A: It is not effective when applied to the ground. It binds to the soil and decomposes before the roots can absorb it. You have to cut the tree down, drill holes in the stump, then pour this into the holes. You may need to repeat after 24 hours. But eventually it will die. Wiltoni?** A: I can says for sure that it is effective for common flower bed weeds, but I'm not sure of the types.
