When I take them off, I just roll them off inside out so I can go ahead and rinse/wash and then let them dry so they’re ready to be turned right side in the next use. That said, I love these!!!! Just got them today and they can be worn without needing other shorts on top as they are not see through at all. I wore them with just a sports bra top and went out for a quick 30 min walk and can feel the immense amount of sweat already starting to soak the legs! I bought these bc I’ve I’ve been trying to tone my thighs and finding it to be quite a challenge!! At first I only wanted to target the thighs but love that these are high waisted as they fit quite nicely and who doesn’t benefit from some extra sweat on the love handle and an area?! Took pics after my walk - sorry for the dirty mirror! Review: HOT! 🔥 - I wore these for the first time today. They are very lightweight and thin. My thighs were sweating just from the walk from my car into the gym. I was so impressed that I have ordered another pair! Word of caution though, it felt like I was wearing a rubber diaper, and my butt cheeks were sliding around when I sat down, but I had a fabulous workout and a couple good laughs with my trainer! ## Features - HEAT-TRAPPING: We use advanced fabric composition of spandex and polyurethane. The inner lining of the upper part of this item is made up of polyurethane which is an excellent thermal insulator. After prolonged use, this mid-rise short will reduce waist size, smooth your thighs, and shape your butt. - FASTER WEIGHT LOSS: By wearing our heat-trapping sauna high-waisted shorts, you will experience faster increase in body heat around your waist, thus stimulate natural sweating, become more efficient at burning calories, and undergo an accelerated metabolism, which will eventually lead to an increased weight loss by 40.4%. Wearing our mid-rise short while working out, running or performing daily activities simulates a sauna-like experience. - COMFORT: Our sauna suit is as comfortable as regular workout clothes and can be worn directly. The material is incredibly light, flexible and stretchy. The product intentionally runs smaller for a compressive look & feel. Silky and invisible under everything, this piece is an everyday staple for enhancing and contouring your body’s natural shape. - BODY SLIMMING: Our sweat suit is designed to be tight. It will tuck your tummy in, shape your waist and arm, and accentuate your curves. It will train you not to relax your tummy while wearing. Combined with a balanced and healthy diet and strict exercise routine, you’ll have a noticeable difference to your body after few weeks. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09K6TG52W | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #84,010 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #176 in Sauna Suits | | Brand Name | Nano Hertz | | Care instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Closure Type | Pull-On | | Closure type | Pull-On | | Collection Name | All | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 845 Reviews | | Fabric Type | Spandex,Polyurethane | | Fabric type | Spandex,Polyurethane | | Fit Type | Slim | | Import Designation | Imported | | Manufacturer | Nano Hertz | | Material | Spandex | | Occasion | Yoga | | Origin | Imported | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Size | X-Large | | Style | Above Knee Short | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Sauna Sweat Jacket - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Y-fYdWSIL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just take my money now, I need more! *by A***S on June 24, 2025* For reference I am approx 130 and 5”4’ and bought the medium size and they aren’t too tight as I was able to put them on with ease, but not loose by any means as they fit snug enough to really work up a sweat and they functioned like shapewear to make sure I’m pulled in at all right places and extremely flattering.
