I love a good moisturizing lotion and I love my butters with petroleum and thickness. This is the complete opposite of that. I absolutely love the oil, so I was excited to try the lotion. Even after reading the reviews, I wasn’t expecting the lotion to be this watery. But, wow, I applied just a little bit on my hands and it perfectly moisturized my hands with no residue or left behind excess product. This stuff is amazing! There’s no scent, fragrance or dyes. Seems to do just what it says. I made sure I shook it up before application. My only gripe is that it’s pricey for such a small bottle. I’m really not sure how much to use. I used a small amount on my hands, but I feel that I would automatically use too much on my body…that’s if I were to even use this on my entire body. I don’t have allergies or skin sensitivity so this wouldn’t be my go to lotion at such a steep price and small bottle. I wouldn’t use it on my newborn for sure and I am gate keeping this product from my son and fiancé because I know they would use entirely too much of it. Maybe I’d use it on my feet so that they wouldn’t be slippery in heels and still be moisturized. Overall, it’s a great product. I would recommend it for those that have sensitive skin; however there are other products and brands that offer the same benefits that do have more thickness to them. I’m glad I have this product on hand, but I’m not sure how much I’ll actually use it. I use the Bio Oil pretty consistently and will probably just use to pair with that.
