Decided to purchase through amazon and am so happy I did. They are great for night sweats and mood swings. Even got my friend using them and she totally agrees although her symptoms were more severe than mine. After I took one of these pills a day for about 4-6 weeks they finally started working. Hot flashes diminished to about 1 every 4 hours and only 1 at most overnight while sleeping. My doctors are all fired as of today because they have been Useless, I have decided that there is No Such Thing as "natural" menopause relief. It is all a marketing scheme and a rip off. Prescription hormone replacement is $200 a month out of pocket, no insurance covers hormone replacement anymore and they don't work either as I do not absorb any means we have tried.
