Review: Overall a great camera - It came with version 3.0 of the software. I was able to update it to v5.01 with no problem. One can transfer files to a smartphone via wi-fi. The auto-focus is quick. Buttons and knobs can be programmed by the user. Compatible with a 3rd party cable release. I would have preferred a lens with f1.8 to f22 if possible. The kit lens has a f3.5 to f5.6 aperture range. Overall a great camera.

**Q: Does this come with the original camera strap as well?**
A: It depends on who the individual renewed seller is and what it is they're selling. Mine came with the original strap and all the necessary charging equiptment, and (from what I can tell) everything that normally comes with the "body only" kit including the original strap with the embroidered "a7iv". I bought the "body+lens" which had the lens packaged separately. This is different than the "a7iv kit" which has everything in one box. I have a feeling that getting the original camera strap is a "luck of the draw" type deal.

**Q: Why is a renewed camera $500 more than a new one?**
A: Where exactly are you finding a NEW A7iv for under $2k?  New they’re $2498.

**Q: Can the view finder be turned so you can video yourself?**
A: Not the viewfinder, but the display screen on back of camera. It can be positioned to view from the front of camera

**Q: How many shots does this camera have?**
A: Number of exposures is dependent on size of memory card installed

Ok, soy un cliente fan de Sony. Pero en este producto tengo que decir la verdad. Al comienzo estaba decepcionado porque la cámara se calentaba fácilmente sobre todo cuando le pedía todo el poder de procesamiento en video. 4k. 10 bits. Etc, etc, etc. Ahora bien, después de la última actualización de software de repente todos los problemas se arreglaron. Por fin podía grabar sin miedo a que se calentara y se apagara la cámara.
