Review: Works perfectly with my Roccbox - I’d purchased the Roccbox (which works via gas power) but had really wanted to be able to cook and enjoy wood fired pizzas so this was a must buy addition for me. I’m so glad I bought it! Wood fired pizzas really do taste the best and also is much simpler to use than gas. This wood burner attaches really easily to the Roccbox (but there is a booklet with illustrations for those that require a little direction) and was ready to use within minutes of unpacking it. We found that it did take a little while to heat up initially, but it’s really just a case of ensuring that you’re not attempting to use it in windy weather and that you use the correct number of wood pellets/kindling for it to fire up and stay alight successfully for cooking. Once heated up to the optimum temperature we found it cooked the pizzas extremely quickly and of course gave that lovely wood fired taste. It really does taste so much better! I’d recommend this wood burner if like me you prefer the taste of pizzas cooked this way and feel less confident with using gas appliances. It’s worth the cost.

A: Included in your purchase is your Gozney Roccbox, a professional grade pizza peel (worth 65 GBP), a detachable gas burner, a bottle opener and a user manual.

**Q: Which fuel does the Roccbox use?**
A: The Roccbox uses Propane or Butane gas. It's fitted with a Propane regulator as standard but can be changed. It can't use natural gas. There is a wood-burner attachment (sold separately) which lets you cook using wood, charcoal or briquettes.

**Q: How long does the Roccbox take to heat up?**
A: Your Roccbox should be up to temperature in 20-30 mins using gas. There are a number of factors affecting this, such as: ambient temperature and weather conditions so it does vary. Once up to temperature, you can cook a pizza in just 60 seconds!

**Q: What can I cook in Roccbox?**
A: Roccbox allows you to: Cook authentic Neapolitan pizza in 60 seconds. Beautifully char steaks and vegetables in the oven’s intense dry heat. Produce mouth-watering crackling/crispy skin, by rendering down the fat from joints of meat/fish.
