I tried many different pillows until I found this pillow. I'm an not saying it resolved my headaches (this was another issue) but my neck does feel better. It is a very comfortable pillow and the design cradles your head and neck if you are lying on your back. When lying on your side it is somewhat cut out and your nose is not buried in the edge of the pillow. We won't survive without them! My husband and I both have TMJ and we both wear night guards and we both have neck problems (and he snores like a freight train). He is 6'3" so we got him the largest one a few years back. He is now on his 3rd one and we have the older ones available for overnight visitors. I have the middle size one (I am 5'3") and it fits me perfectly. I also just ordered the smallest one that I will use when we travel. We take these pillows with us EVERYWHERE we go because we have gotten to where we can't sleep without them! We would pay extra to the airlines to take them with us; however, they are fairly light weight and easy to compress so they fit nicely in our luggage and don't add extra weight or as much room as you would think. AND MY HUSBAND DOES NOT SNORE ANYMORE! We elevate the head of his side of the bed just a bit and then sleeping on this pillow keeps him from snoring!
