**Q: Does this attachment measure 2"x2" square where it plugs into the bench? Wondering if this will work with other benches besides Powertec**
A: It's 1-3/4"

**Q: Any chance this could be modified for me to attach it to one of the uprights on my power rack?**
A: Doubt it

**Q: Can these be used for deltoid raises?**
A: Bobby - it can be use that way but not with both arms at the same time.  Since the handle go toward center as you lift, you cannot do deltoid raise unless you stand outside to the side of the machine and raise one arm each time.  This is an attachment built specifically for Pec/Fly movement.

**Q: Is this one and you have to buy 2 attachments or is this a set?**
A: This is one of 6 attachments designed for Powertec Workbench Utility Bench and Powertec Workbench series (WB-LS, WB-MS, WB-MP, WB-OB)

There's a learning curve for the slight wabble, but the attachment works. Storage can be a problem.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Made a Deltoid MAchine out of it

This slipped right into Valor Fitness DG-1 Stationary Bench to be upright for deltoid raises. Also purchased an AmazonBasics Flat Weight Bench to make the padded arms instead of using the swivel ones that came with the Powertec. I'll add pics when it's completed, but so far so good and more than $200 less than buying a shoulder machine.
