The only caveat to this is that Bethesda made it to where you need to be online before you can even boot the game up. You'll also get constant pop-ups in the menu about connecting if you decided to put the Switch in Airplane Mode to avoid needing to be connected online. It completely defeats the purpose of having a physical copy of a game and is very anti-consumer. You should NEVER need an online connection to play a physical game. After tons of backlash for this, LRG and Bethesda decided to release the game again but with the DRM removed. They sent out free copies to everyone that had bought this version as long as they proved that they destroyed the cart in a video or picture, which is utterly ridiculous! I think it was only that way for people outside of the U.S. because I never participated in that. Customers in the U.S. just had to send the cartridge only back to them and they would get their Non-DRM copy (cartridge only). That is the more rare version of this game.
