**Q: Why is the sensor sometimes insensitive?**
A: Don't touch the sensor with your hand or wave your hands very slowly, it may cause the sensor to become insensitive and not turn the light on and off properly.

**Q: Can I adjust the brightness and always have that level?**
A: Yes, it has a memory function, hold your hand under the sensor to adjust the brightness(8%~100%), and can keep the final brightness setting. If you remove the power, the memory function will not work

**Q: Are they plugged in or battery powered?**
A: It must be connected to an outlet.

**Q: I want to install the lamp on a metal surface. Do I need tape or something else?**
A: The accessory includes two strong double-sided stickers that can be stuck directly onto any object. If you want to install on wooden furniture, you can fix the buckle with screws, and then fix the lamp on the buckle.

**Q: How long is the supplied cable?**
A: The cable is 1.5 m long

This is my second purchase of this little light unit. I now have one over my sewing area and another over my craft area. Both work very well. I just move my finger over the sensor to turn it on, rather than my whole hand, and this turns it on and off instantly. The light is good and gives me the clarity I need. They are easy to install. Would highly recommend.

I bought two of these lights for use underneath my kitchen units, along with some adhesive cable clips I was able to hide them all away and they look nice and tidy.The sensor is hit and miss with turning on after one swipe but this wasn't the selling point for me.The fact that these lights are wired means that I'm no slave to charging them up, I spent a great deal of time looking through other products that required charging to use but felt that mains powered would be better - and I was right.The 3M double sided tape squares hold the light firmly in place with no issues there.The cable can be attached to either end of the light bar which is great as I had already stuck the light to the cabinet before thinking I had placed it in the wrong direction.All in all a good product so far, I think in the near future I'd purchase a slightly longer version to provide more light to the counter - mainly being used for aesthetic at night.

We’ve had these a couple of years now and they work well.It’s great just to wave your hand under them to turn them on, off or dimmer or brighter.We use them as an alternative to the main kitchen light as they are more relaxing and shine directly onto the worktop.Will buy again if they wear out.
