Q: how do you change the time?

Be careful when you pull the top to change the time. I have one these, same exact type, that is. Not sure how many 'pulls' you have because the thread is very thin and if you strip it it will be useless.

Q: Is the watch wind-up or battery powered?

It appears to be battery powered.

Q: Does it take batteries and, if it does, does it come with them?

Mine stopped working. It comes with a 377a watch battery. The tool to open the back of the watch as shown in one of the pictures does not come with the watch. I had some difficulties to pry the back open.

Q: How do you change battery. What battery does it take?

Use a blade to pry open the back cover to see the battery and replace it
