You push it up from the bottom through the hole in the case where the charging cable goes. It is a little difficult whilst the case is new, but soon becomes easier with use. **Q: Will this case fit a sony Xperia 1 iv?** A: Thanks for your question. Unfortunately our sleeve case is designed only for use with 6.7 inch screen size iPhones (14 Pro Max, 14 Plus, 13 Pro Max, 12 Pro Max, 11 Pro Max). I am afraid that we cannot offer any guarantees of compatibility with other devices. Thanks, TORRO **Q: Wil it work with a phone case** A: Thanks for your question. Our sleeve is designed around use with a 'naked' iPhone and as such I am afraid that we can not guarantee compatibility when also using additional cases. Thanks, TORRO **Q: Will this fit iPhone 14 pro max with a thin skin?** A: Good morning, Thank you for your question. We would not recommend the use of any 3rd party product or another cover with this pouch. It is designed specifically to fit a 6.7 inch screen and is snug in fit. As always if we can be of any further help or assistance please do not hesitate to come back to us.
