**Q: Is it machine washable**
A: Yes, but be careful with washing it too often because the velcro will wear down eventually

**Q: They come in pairs?**
A: Yes they do and they are easier to put on than full wraps plus they give good protection unless you are a heavy hitter.

**Q: where is the sizing chart ?**
A: On the same page as add to cart just below prices it's a small box says sizes

**Q: How do I measure to know what size to buy?**
A: Use a measuring tape. 1) Wrap it around your palm (under your fingers), across the knuckles of the back of your hand, and meet the end of the tape in your palm. This is the circumference of your hand. Write the measurement down. 
2) Then, measure across your palm only, from one side of your hand to the other (do not go around your hand this time...just across). This is the width of your hand. Write that measurement down. 
Some gloves/wraps are listed with the measurement around your hand. Some are listed just asking for the width of your hand. You'll have both, after this, and should be able to make a good decision about the size.
Do not, ever, decide on a hand size based on how tall you are, like someone else advised. Body height has nothing to do with hand size, and that kind of guessing wouldn't help you at all.

I used these for my boxing gloves on my lazy days when I don't feel like wrapping my hands then cleaning the wraps since I only hand wash them. They have held up; however, the decals on them have since peeled off from wear and tear.

ok, ce n’est pas un vrai set de bande de boxe. mais on gagne du temps. je l’ai utilisé dans un gant de sac et cela augmente le confort et la protection des jointures.par contre le velcro a tendance à accrocher l’élastique et à en tirer des fils.important, il n’est pas légal de l’utilisé en compétition (Aiba maintenant IBA)je le rachèterais volontiers!
