**Q: How big is the feed?**
A: The feed shoot is not large. I have owned many juicers, some with large feed shoes.  I don't consider the size of the shoot to be a factor.  This juicer is positively the finest juicer I have ever used.  Honestly, it is unbelievable.  It produces very high-quality juice and is very quick and easy to clean.  You may have to cut your produce into smaller segments, but this really only takes a few minutes more.  The machine produces such a high-yield, you do not need to prep as much produce as with a centrifugal juicer.  I hope this helps, feel free to ask any further questions. **Q: Is it 220 or 110?**
A: 110...(volts AC)

**Q: I just bought mine and after i use it, i notice a lot of excess under the squeezing screw. It gets caught under there. Is that normal?**
A: Yes that is very normal. Especially with stringy vegetables and carrots.  Remember the machine is squeezing vs chopping and extracting

**Q: How long does it take for extracting 16 OZ juice?**
A: Less than five minutes, depending on what you're juicing, of course.
