Thanks.** A: Pair **Q: Can you wash them?** A: Hi! I do not know...I love them except they are not tall enough for me, so I came up with a solution. I cut the tongues out of some all but dead sneakers and tuck those into my socks to do two things. 1) raise and keep the guards higher on my legs and 2) protect that area because the guards are kept higher. Note that I don't use these for soccer though they may still be useful that way.
