I've been introduced to Fragonard by a local French Marchant who had a French boutique. I can't compare a purchase from Grasse, France to one sold in southern California, USA or offered by a seller on Amazon to attest quality. That said, Grains de Soleil from the Soleil trio line smells nice, but I get no notes other than powder (which isn't even described in it's intended scent-profile). I don't necessarily regret this purchase, but I wouldn't repurchase and wouldn't recommend a blind buy for this one; I'd expect something more complex from Fragonard -- even if it was straightforward. As said, it's still a pleasant fragrance.
