A: Robert~ As far as I can tell, all Ice Breakers mints and sours are sugar free.  They are sweetened with aspartame (Nutra Sweet) and flavored with natural and artificial flavors.  If you like sour candy, you will enjoy Ice Breakers Sours candy.
