I'm happy I went with this pot because it wasn't too expensive, and I was able to fit a LOT of food in it. It is nice and heavy. It was also very easy to clean(no stuck food) The food stayed warm in the pot for at least 2 hours after it was done cooking. I'm looking forward to baking and cooking more with this Dutch oven. Not to mention that the color is absolutely beautiful. :)
