This egg pasta sampler gift pack contains four popular Spinosi cuts. Pappardelle are large, broad noodles similar to wide fettuccine. Well-suited for chunkier sauces, pappardelle pairs nicely with ragu, gremolata, and old-fashioned fresh tomato sauces.Their spinach fettuccine is made with durum wheat semolina, whole fresh eggs (33.4%), and dried spinach (2.7%). This long, flat, and delicate pasta cooks in less than 3 minutes. Typically served with sauces such as alfredo, it can also be served with heartier meat sauces like beef or chicken ragu, with fresh garden vegetables that are lightly sautéed in garlic and olive oil and garnished with Parmesan Reggiano cheese freshly grated tableside.Tagliolini are a thinner variety of tagliatelle pasta. Long, paper-thin, and cylindrical in shape, tagliolini cook to a perfect al dente in less than 3 minutes.
