**Q: Iam a size 34 waist. Do i order small? Im 5’9” 180**
A: I ordered a size up.  The binder is constructed such that it is totally adjustable, and if you get it larger, then you can just wrap it around a bit farther and it will still fit, while ensuring that the fit is perfect.  If you order it too small, you may end up being uncomfortable if it's too tight.  Just my opinion!

A: It's super adjustable but youay be better off getting a smaller size
