Review: At last. - As a gerd suffer (severe acid reflux) which means a very low fat diet and as near natural foods as possible without all the lactic, citric acids etc this is a godsend. Cheese was forbidden but I can now have pizza back with a low fat base, I have flavour on pizza. Don't expect it to be exactly like a really good extra mature. But for a natural product of just milk and salt it's a godsend and it's pretty close to normal mild cheese texture with a stronger flavour. Personally I love it and it's given me options back.

Having a love for Cheese, it’s always interesting to see what is out there for maintaining a good taste but with less calories. I thought I’d give this a go and could tell immediately that a taste was just not quite right. I have tried a different variation of this brand. The yellow version called mature cheddar and that is brilliant. You wouldn’t really be able to taste the difference of a lighter fat cheese and that one. The amount of calories in this compared to other cheeses is good, but you want a good taste too.
