Product description Earning "Gear of the Year" from Outside Magazine, the Perimeter 50L is the next evolution of Granite Gear's fit-focus and awareness around Body Diversity. Every person has a unique build, shape and size. Your pack should fit accordingly. The Perimeter Series introduces an additional element in fine-tuning the suspension system to one's body: Shoulder Width Adjustment with regular and wide settings along vertical daisy-chained webbing. When adjusting the torso height, simply choose which shoulder width and re-secure the clip to the corresponding webbing anchor points on each side. The series also utilizes the patent-pending Re-Fit waist belt to wrap around your hips just right. We provide body-liberating gear so that people of all shapes and sizes feel comfortable in outdoor spaces. Every person has a unique build, shape, and size. Their packs should fit accordingly. The Perimeter suspension system utilizes a durable spring steel rod outline to give the pack ergonomic form. The spring steel perimeter rod works in tandem with a PE board cone to disperse weight effectively and also allows for secure anchor points for the shoulder straps to attach to. Adjustable torso height and width Cinch-and-roll closure with crossing webbing straps to compress and secure the pack's contents Removable lid flap with DWR treated zipper Bottom flap for additional sleeping pad storage location Hydration port & internal hydration sleeve Side compression straps Robic high tenacity nylon (100D and custom 210D) Spring Steel Rod + PE Frame Sheet The system utilizes a durable spring steel rod outline to give the pack ergonomic, contoured form. The spring steel perimeter rod works in tandem with a PE board core, riveted at 10 locations, to disperse weight effectively and also allows for secure anchor points for the shoulder straps to attach to at various heights and widths. Plush Dual Density Back Panel We’ve made the foams more plush for a more comfortable ride. The chevron designs encourage air flow for ventilation. Re-Fit Waist Belt Fully adjustable, belt ranging from 26-42” waists on the unisex and from 24-40” on the women’s fit. Screen printed instructions help to draw attention to pack-fitting feature. Bear Canister Capability Top lid lays flat to help wrap canisters giving you food protection that keeps your wild adventure going, a bear canister features simple access and a light weight-to-volume ratio. Exterior Pockets Front Dual Pockets Upper: Smaller top stretch woven pocket. Lower: Larger bottom stretch mesh pocket. Ideal for wet items to help dry.
