IT'S GOOD FOR YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM BUT IT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE MUSHROOMS, JUST SWEET AND EARTHY RICH FLAVOR WITH LOW ACIDITY, SO THERE'S NO BITTERNESS. I ordered it 4 times, the ziplock bag is small so it does not last long, and this last one came with a whole right in the center. The package it came in has no damage, which is really weird! I don't know if the seller sent it this way or the desertcart packaging facility. The seller does not offer any returns or replacements and I did not feel comfortable consuming the product (who knows what happened to it). I called desertcart and they issued a refund so I can reorder. Hopefully this won't happen again because I do like this coffee. UPDATE: just received the new pack I reordered and it's all good, no strange punctures. The coffee is great, love the aroma and the flavor.
