Review: I was trying to make my hair grow & was told to try this as a cheaper option to hairfinity. I started with the 500mcg, once a day with a lot of water, after a month & 1/2 I increased to 2 a day then 3 a day till the bottle ran out, then I got this bottle & did the same thing.
