Yes, I could have possibly jammed a specific size slotted screw driver in, or modified the bolts to accommodate some other removal method, but I figured 'what the heck?' and ordered the kit for $13. Nifty little case! Now I can put them back and stow them away for maybe when I need them in 2022. Who knows? They seem to be made of satisfactory quality. Similar to what I'd expect from Craftsman I guess. They worked beautifully for my task - removing 2 8mm bolts with blue lock-tite. I cannot comment how well they would hold up to higher torque demands, but for $13, can't go wrong! Used them on the rear brakes of my Jetta and the bits fit tight with no slipping even on some seriously stuck stretch bolts which is really what you need when things get hairy. The case keeps everything organized which I really appreciate since loose sockets disappear into the void of my toolbox almost immediately.
