It is attached to a glass shelf. It has been attached for 6 years. I can't get it off. Any Ideas?** A: For long term attachment and relatively easy removal museum wax works better than putty. Quakehold product is 66111 Museum Wax. With wax rotate object in circular motion. **Q: Can this be used to stick a 3x9 plastic sign to Brick?** A: I wasn't sure so I tried it. I weighed a 6"x6" plastic square that is approx 3.5oz in weight and placed it on the brick part of my house. Once adheard I did find I had to 'nudge' it a bit to remove. I did not see any slippage and it held tight. The only thing is that when the adhesive gets wet its virtually useless so I would not use this outside. Hope this helps. **Q: Can you use this museum putty to keep down vinyl table covers?** A: Yes! I have used this product for years. I also use it on my good wood tables and it has never damaged anything comes right off and can be reused over and over. I am using for a glass vase and clay vase and both are not holding down.** A: First thing I found when using this putty is kneading it with my fingers until it is very soft and pliable.
