Review: Nice weight and variety of sizes - I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these boards. All of the boards, in all sizes, have a drip mote around the edge, hand notches on the back so they’re easy to pick up off a counter, and a finger hole in the corner. I haven’t noticed any of the cracking issues others have mentioned, but I also haven’t had them for long. I clean them by hand and haven’t noticed any issue with the bamboo appearing to dry out. I’ve found the variety of sizes to be more useful than I originally expected. I find myself using the small ones much more than I thought I would. They’re very handy for things such as cutting up a cucumber for a salad.

They were decently conditioned on the top surface (where the groove is) but the back surface was very dry. I used some cutting board oil & now they're shiny, durable, & ready to go. The set of 4 is the perfect array of sizes for everything i do in the kitchen. If i ever need cutting boards again I'll check this brand first!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these boards. If you keep these oiled and do not soak them, these boards last a long time. Good variety of sizes, durable (I use the larger 2 daily), and again, if you keep them oiled, easy to wipe down and haven't shown a sign of splitting. Durable as well. Would buy again.
