Thank you **Q: Will it work to replace an American vintage bridge?** A: It was a perfect fit replacement for my 2011 American Telecaster 60th Anniversary edition. Holes lined up perfectly, so no drilling. And I haven't noticed any tone differences that some had suggested might happen... and gone is all the string sliding on the barrels. What did help tone in order of impact was putting in Jason Lollar pickups, new pots, and a bone nut.
