I tried a few materials and delrin is just the best. It's smooth, durable, fast and it's pink :D, the price is also great. Will definitely be staying on these picks, no wonder yngwie and jason becker preffer them. Review: Favourite pick of the day! - First time trying Delrin and liking it a lot. Compared to tortex it's much smoother in texture. Like a smooth polished plastic. But very grippy. Much more so than tortex picks or even ultex imo. Very easy to control. These picks also have a slightly bevelled edge (compared to a tortex which has more of a rounded edge) that I like. Tonally they sound similar to tortex. Slightly muted IMO but not in a bad way at all. Too soon to say how long they last compared to tortex but the fact that they're so much easier to control means I don't even care. They're cheap so I'll order more when they wear out.
