**Q: I can't get the tin open .  Any suggestions?**
A: I have been trying for over an hour to get this open. Ridiculous!

**Q: Is it safe to eat**
A: The first ingredient is a petroleum product and there is “parfume” or fragrance which is basically chemical soup. You would be eating that.

**Q: I'd like to know what are the % of the rose (rosebud) in your product ?**
A: sorry product does not tell you how much.   but i do enjoy this even though mostly petrolatum and the rose is in the mix of their secret ingredients third in line of products.   i don't use this on my lips so much as on my elbows and other really dry patches.
